Favorite staff outings are on the first Sunday of every month when we get to take a boat ride to Parrot Tree Plantation Resort on Roatan where we are apart of an International Worship Center service ministering to the large expatriot (Americans or other nationalities who have left their home countries to take up residence or retire in a foreign country, i.e. Honduras) community there. We love this time of worship, fellowship, air-conditioning, and a good American lunch together. These pictures are from our adventures there...
