Classroom 2 is almost through!

Donations are coming in, teams have sweated all summer, and thanks to the dedication of our staff construction crew who are overtiming it right now to finish before the rainy season - Paul, Camas, & Joe - classroom 2 is almost through! Classroom # 2 is the second of four buildings planned to house our elementary school. Classroom # 1 was finished three years ago and currently houses our Preschool, PreKinder, and Kindergarten classes every week. Our plans are for this new classroom to be the permanent home of our first and second multigrade class ready for the start of our next school year in February 2006. This enables HCES to reach its goal to increase enrollment by registering new students off of our waiting list. The earlier we can reach and teach young students to read and write, the better they will be and the farther they will go!
